We build structured, reliable environments where students and mentors meet consistently to work through challenges and celebrate achievements together.
Consistent weekly matching
Volunteers are paired with a single student for the academic year, ensuring a stable relationship built on trust and mutual respect.
Structured academic focus
Every session balances schoolwork support with personal goal-setting, helping students develop resilience and concrete leadership skills.
Whole-family coordination
We work directly alongside parents and educators to align our mentorship with the child's broader support systems at home.

What is the time commitment?
Mentors commit to showing up weekly for one hour on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons throughout the school semester.
Whether you donate your time as a mentor or support our programs financially, you are proving to local children that their community is rooting for them.
Do I need teaching experience?
No prior teaching background is required. We provide comprehensive training, structured lesson plans, and ongoing staff support at every table.
How are students enrolled?
Families can request enrollment through our community partners or by contacting our Indianapolis office directly to check local availability.
